Exclusive Villa
Step into an exclusive escape on the Gold Coast, crafted for wellness and indulgence.
Start with yoga or meditation in a serene open-air setting (45 min), then indulge in a restorative massage (30 min).
Conclude with a private dining experience prepared by a chef (2–3 hrs), perfectly paired with fine wine for an unforgettable celebration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
EVENT DURATION
Events are allocated a standard duration of up to 4 hours.
Any extension of time is subject to availability and will be charged additionally.

DECORATIONS & SETUP
Minor decorations such as flowers or candles are permitted, provided they do not damage the property or conflict with safety regulations.
Major installations must be discussed and approved in advance.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the event.
Any damages to the venue, equipment, or hired items caused by guests will be charged to the client.
FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
GUEST NUMBERS
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Any increase in guests is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A reduction in numbers within 72 hours will not be refunded.
MINIMUM SPEND
A minimum spend applies for all private events. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Allergies or special dietary requirements must be advised at least 5 days before the event.
Wellux cannot accept responsibility for requirements not communicated within this timeframe.
BEVERAGES
Beverages can be provided upon request. Should guests wish to bring their own wine or champagne, a corkage fee may apply.
HEALTH & WELLNESS PARTICIPATION
Guests participating in yoga, massage, or wellness services must disclose any medical conditions beforehand.
Wellux accepts no liability for health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
All participants attend the event at their own risk.
Wellux shall not be held responsible for injury, loss, or damages arising during or after the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
